Breeders of quality Dogue de Bordeaux and Boxers. Having several years experience of owning other large molosser breeds including Dobermann and Great Danes we started "our lines" when purchasing our first Boxer. After thoroughly enjoying the experience of raising Bouncer we started researching the potential of owning and breeding Dogue de Bordeaux.

Like most people who get into this breed we started off with just the one pet DDB, but the addiction quickly grew as we got another, then another.....

The affix REDDMOLOSSER is an amalgamation of REDD our first Dogues' pet name and the word MOLOSSER -a type of large, solidly-built dog encompasing several breeds, probably all descended from the same root stock. The affix was first applied for and granted in January 2009.We are small family orientated breeders only producing 3-4 litters per year of top quality true to type puppies of sound health and temperament. Our puppies are bred and nurtured with all the love in the world; they are our children. This is possibly the greatest benefit of purchsing a puppy from us (aside from the quality of puppies) you join the 'forever expanding family unit'. We strive to be active in the rearing of our offspring and regularly arrange 'family gatherings'.

All Puppies are born and raised indoors, fully socialised giving them a great start to life. All pups are weaned onto Pro Plan, micro-chipped and insured prior to leaving for their new forever homes.

I breed for soundness and quality in my dogs as I enjoy long walks, and hill-walking. My dogs need to be fit and healthy in order to enjoy these pursuits with me. Having several Dutch strains in our lines we try to honour their breeding beliefs. The Dutch continue to concentrate on proserving the athleticism, movement, personality and other qualities as well as keeping good type. The worst fear among Dutch breeders is that the DDB will get too large, heavy and fat, at REDDMOLOSSER we echo this sentiment and breed to ensure this does not happen/to better the breed. Imagine a Bordeaux that cannot move around a show ring let alone the great outdoors, without rasping for breath or near collapsing. Having been to several shows I can assure you that this is not too far away...The future health and welfare of this true giant of a dog is in our hands!!

2011, after a lot of deliberation the decision was made to add a Mastino Napoletano (Neapolitan Mastiff) to the pack; sticking to our adoration of large breeds, again who knows where this obsession (love-affair) with large dogs will lead....All we can say is we intend to have fun with our pack whilst following our dreams........

Currently owning 1 Boxer, 4 Dogues and 1 Mastino, having recently suffered the traumatic loss of our Irish Import Brandii who was taken far too early to run free at Rainbow Bridge.

Our dogs are family first; the philosophy around our dogs is fairly simple but takes a lot of time and energy to achieve. We believe in good food and plenty of free running (in moderation). We are fortunate enough to live in a semi-rural setting and have the opportunity to exercise the dogs in the nearby fields and woodland. The other, and perhaps the most important part of our care regime is the time we spend just loving our dogs. Visitors are always welcome to meet the pack and view our lifestyle.
